The role involves ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets while maintaining quality, timelines, and contractual compliance.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) for construction projects
Monitor project costs and control expenses throughout the project lifecycle
