Job Description

A construction company in Dubai seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimates, prepare BOQs, and handle project billing for high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in similar projects, a degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, and strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts. Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software is essential, along with excellent communication skills. Preferred candidates will have experience with residential and commercial towers, and familiarity with Dubai Municipality standards.
