Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction team delivering high-quality Commercial Refurb/New Build projects across Scotland. This is a permanent role offering long-term career development within a well-established and forward-thinking business.

The role

  • Managing all commercial aspects of projects from tender through to final account
  • Preparing cost plans, budgets, valuations, and forecasts
  • Procuring subcontractors and managing contractual arrangements
  • Monitoring project costs and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Working closely with site teams, clients, and external consultants
