Phase 2 – Currently going through planning for a potential further 23 apartments, value circa £4m over 2 years

Overview

The Quantity surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

They are also responsible for managing the costs on a construction project and help to ensure that the construction project is completed safely, as specified (contract requirements) and within its projected budget and achieves a margin, developing and maintain great working relationships with all colleagues, clients, other partners and our wider community, and living by our vision and always promote and uphold the values of the Mellior brand. ...
