Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Working Pattern: Office-based with regular site visits (no home working)

Our client, a well-established and growing joinery subcontractor based in Stockport, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
This is a key role focused on the commercial management of live projects, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and effective cash flow management.
