Job Description
Responsibilities
Commercial management of civil engineering projects from tender through to final account
Cost control, forecasting, and reporting
Preparation and submission of valuations and applications for payment
Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and variations
Supporting contract administration, including change control and compensation events
Working closely with site teams to ensure commercial and operational alignment
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in civil engineering projects
Earthworks experience desirable but not essential
Strong understanding of NEC contracts
Good commercial awareness and cost management skills
Ability to work across multiple sites and communicate effectively with site and office teams
