Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Pre & Post Contracts) to perform following tasks.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
Pre-Contract Responsibilities:
Study of Tender drawings, specifications & documents
Prepare detailed Quantity Take-off
Maintain a track of design & Quantity changes
Prepare list of RFIs for clarifications
Prepare tender documents (RFPs, RFQs) and manage bid processes.
Evaluate contractors / vendors bids and prepare comparative statements and assisting procurement team.
Assisting estimation team in cost estimation preparation
Conduct feasibility studies, cost planning, and value engineering exercises.
Review drawings and specifications to identify cost risks and opportunities.
Identifying scope gap. Prepare and maintain Risk & Opportunity register
Post-Contract Responsibilities:
Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow.
