Role & Responsibilities

• Specialized in Post-Contract Cost Consultancy services with experience in mid to large-scale residential commercial and hospitality projects .
• Proven ability to work within a team delivering post-contract cost management and consultancy services.
• Supports Senior Quantity Surveyors in:
  • Measurement and assessment of variations
  • Preparation of payment certificates
  • Final account preparation
  • Cost reporting and analysis
• Adheres to quality control procedures and ensures compliance with internal processes.
