Responsibilities

• Source quotations, conduct price comparisons, and prepare costing summaries.
• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and tender pricing.
• Prepare and manage tender and contract documentation.
• Work closely with project teams on variation works, progress claims, and cost control.
• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers on cost-related matters.
• Oversee document control and ensure proper record management.
• Prepare and be responsible for all Quantity Surveying (QS) reports.
• Perform risk assessment, cost calculations, and financial evaluations.
• Conduct tender analysis and support contract sum negotiations.
• Manage internal budget control and advise on cost limits and project budgets.
