Quantity Surveyor - Ipswich

We're working with a specialist fit-out company seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Ipswich team. Work on high-quality commercial projects across London, Suffolk, and Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project delivery and ensure financial targets are met
  • Assist with tendering and contract management
  • Review contracts and identify risks
  • Manage project schedules and cash flow forecasts
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontractors to meet timelines
  • Monitor progress, variations, and ensure health & safety compliance

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Confident and client-facing
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Joinery experience is a plus
