Job Summary

Handle cost estimation, tender preparation, procurement, and contract administration. Responsibilities include site valuations, quantity take-offs, progress claims, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  1. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other related documentation.
  2. Establish unit rates and prepare cost estimates.
  3. Prepare enquiries and obtain quotations for materials, labor, and plant.
  4. Conduct site visits, perform site valuations, and prepare related reports.
  5. Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and specifications.
  6. Prepare Interim Payment Certificates and progress claims.
  7. Establish unit rates and prepare cost estimates.
  8. Coordinate with internal departments to support project requirements.
  9. Liaise with external consultants and stakeholders as required.
