About the Roles

An established construction organisation is looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to support its ongoing projects in Jurong West. This is a permanent position with regular Monday to Friday working hours (8.00am – 5.30pm), offering a basic salary complemented by a variable bonus. The role provides long-term stability and the opportunity to be involved in comprehensive cost and contract management across the full project lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Draft, review, and manage construction contracts, including subcontractor agreements.
• Prepare detailed cost plans, control project budgets, and assess tender submissions.
• Monitor project costs and progress to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Administer claims and variations, and support the resolution of contractual disputes.
