Projects: Retail & Office Fit Out

Sites: Across the South of England

Working Pattern: Approx. 90% office-based, with site visits typically once per week

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Our client is a well-established fit-out contractor based in Kent, delivering high-quality retail and office fit-out projects across the South of England. They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can take full commercial ownership of projects from inception through to final account.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional who enjoys running their own jobs and working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams.
