Key Responsibilities



-Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects



-Analyze drawings, specifications, and other project documents



-Manage tendering process and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes



-Track project costs and monitor variations, ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle



-Prepare interim valuations and final accounts



-Liaise with project managers, site teams, and procurement to track progress and costs



-Ensure compliance with relevant building and safety regulations
