  • Professional membership with a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Commercial & Restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for projects.
  • Conduct risk analysis and provide cost-saving solutions.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure that they remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Assess and manage contract variations, claims, and disputes.
