- Professional membership with a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Commercial & Restaurant industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for projects.
- Conduct risk analysis and provide cost-saving solutions.
- Monitor project costs and ensure that they remain within budgetary constraints.
- Assess and manage contract variations, claims, and disputes.
- Work closely with the project team, including engineers and contractors, to ensure effective project delivery.
