QUANTITY SURVEYOR

MAFAG CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately tracked and reported.

What you'll be doing

Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

Preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimate and tender document.

Analyze drawings, specifications and scope of work.

Responsible for tender costing and preparation of tender documents for submission.

Ensure that tender documents, Letter of Award, BQ, contract documents, quotations submission, etc are in order.

Responsible for measurement and taking-off quantities.

Manage and coordinate all project related contractual matter.
