Key Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play an important role in supporting project delivery and cost management. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the daily operations of the QS Department.
• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Calling for quotations and negotiating, evaluating, and analyzing submissions from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparing tender cost estimates and compiling technical submissions.
• Carrying out measurement works and preparing subcontractors’ progress claims....
