Support Pre-Tender Processes :
- Evaluate and assess tenders.
- Assess risk factors to aid in bid decisions.
- Estimate material, equipment, and manpower needs for cost estimates.
Client and Consultant Coordination :
- Enquire, consult, and coordinate with client and consultant representatives for specifications and BOQ clarifications.
- Attend pre-tender meetings if necessary.
Technical Evaluation :
- Study, analyze, and evaluate tender documents from a technical perspective.
- Identify risk factors and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Coordinate with the concerned person for overall risk assessment and bid decisions.
Vendor Management :
- Maintain a list of eligible vendors for upcoming bids.
