Quantity Surveyor

Overview

Yuen Keong Construction & Renovation Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior Quantity Surveyors (2–3 years’ experience) who are eager to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in the construction industry.

You will be involved in managing project costs from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Assist in contract administration, including supplier and subcontractor coordination
• Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare progress claims, final accounts, variations, and claims
