Responsibilities
- To prepare for delivery of checklist by hand or courier to client.
- Prepare tendering documents, taking off measurements, bills of quantities and submit price estimation.
- Attend tender meeting / interview with client and consultant to determine their needs and discuss any areas that need revising for price or feasibility.
- Obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers for cost assessments, analysis, and work out the competitive rate for budgeting.
- Assist in awarding contracts, reviewing contract documents.
- Review and check pricing document during bid time and after award.
- Prepare agreement with sub-contractor after project been awarded.
- Prepare and submit progress claim, variation order, final account to client.
- Collaborate and maintain good relationship with clients, consultants, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
