Job Description

  • Running cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.
  • Coordinating with Site Managers, Site Engineers, and other team members to ensure the project is on time and on budget.
  • Preparing contracts, invoices, and other necessary documents.
  • Issuing payments to contractors and other employees.
  • Hiring and coordinating with subcontractors as needed to ensure the project finishes within the timeline.
  • Licensed / Registered civil engineer
  • with 3-5 work experience in Construction
  • knowledgeable in Reviewing Construction Plans and Preparing Quantity Requirements
  • Have the ability to Organize, Plan, and Strategize.
  • Can perform other duties as may be assigned
