Job Description
- Running cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.
- Coordinating with Site Managers, Site Engineers, and other team members to ensure the project is on time and on budget.
- Preparing contracts, invoices, and other necessary documents.
- Issuing payments to contractors and other employees.
- Hiring and coordinating with subcontractors as needed to ensure the project finishes within the timeline.
- Licensed / Registered civil engineer
- with 3-5 work experience in Construction
- knowledgeable in Reviewing Construction Plans and Preparing Quantity Requirements
- Have the ability to Organize, Plan, and Strategize.
- Can perform other duties as may be assigned
