Responsibilities

  • Manage project costs and valuations from inception through to final account.

  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and cost forecasts.

  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and payments.

  • Report profit and loss figures, maintaining a clear understanding of each project’s scope.

  • Collaborate with clients, commercial teams, and site management.

    • Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or construction.

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office.

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage workload effectively under pressure.
