Your new role

In this role, you will take responsibility for themercial management of modular and offsite construction projects from tender stage through to final account. You will prepare cost plans, bills of quantities, and tender documentation, while also carrying out valuations, site assessments, and financial reporting. You will manage subcontractor procurement and negotiation, oversee variations and change control, and ensure that all contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
