Job Description
A well-established RC Frame and Groundworks subcontractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This role is a hybrid, splitting time between head office and live sites across London and the Home Counties, working on schemes ranging from £7m to £18m.
The Role Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will:
* Prepare and review valuations, interim payments, and final accounts
* Manage subcontractor agreements, procurement, and variation orders
* Support site teams with budget control, cost tracking, and commercial advice
* Assist with cost planning, forecasting, and reporting across live projects
* Maintain accurate commercial records and project documentation
* Liaise closely with both site teams and senior management to ensure smooth project delivery
