Responsibilities

of the successful Quantity Surveyor:

  • Applications for payment


  • Identify, notify and price change


  • Managing cost control and financial aspects of key projects


  • Providing expert advice on contractual claims and final accounts


  • Conducting new award / contract reviews


  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success


    • Skills and experience of the successful Quantity Surveyor:



  • Degree qualified in a relevant construction, engineering or property discipline


  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, minimum 3+ years post-degree experience


  • Must have NEC3/4 contract experience


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word/Excel/Ou...
