Quantity Surveyor Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the full tendering process, including pre-qualification, commercial and technical submissions.
• Develop and standardise tender procedures, pricing formats, schedules of rates, and technical data.
• Review cost estimates, conduct risk assessments, price analysis, and value engineering to ensure competitive tenders.
• Coordinate and chair tender meetings, prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to management.
• Attend tender interviews, site show rounds, and negotiate with clients until contract award.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, QS, and project teams to review design briefs and tender specifications.
• Prepare tender budgets upon award and conduct project handover and kick-off meetings.
• Manage tender queries and ensure timely preparation and submission of clarifications.
