Well versed in pre & post of contracts administration, tendering (good in taking off quantity, subcontract tender preparation and award) and costing preparation especially civil engineering project.

To evaluate subcontractors’ claim and certification.

To evaluate, check and verify progress claim and final accounts to client.

To highlight and focus on essence aspects of commercial matters to management to enhance the project profits.

Experience in EOT claims, idling claims and project acceleration claims.

To liaise with the relevant authorities and clients on all aspects of commercial matters.
