Quantity Surveyor Manager

Job Description:

• Plan, schedule and monitor the QS's work for respective projects to ensure that works are completed on time for submissions to Client parallel to Project Schedule both in re-measurements and change proposals.
• Provide quotations to Client's for any new additional works arises out of the original scope of works (if any).
• Check and approve the change proposal for submission to Clients.
• Prepare forecast of overall projects costs inclusive of revised MTO's and change proposals of each project.
• Meeting up with Clients to reconcile and close up on the re-measurements and change proposals submitted.
• Compilation and close-up of final account for each project completed with the respective client.
• Prepare and monitor of invoices and payments from Client for each project.
• Provide contractual advice to the PM or Project Team for any commercial issues.
