Due to the continued development and expansion, the company is actively seeking to hire a Quantity Surveyor for their team. Requirements:
  • Third level Degree in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Knowledge of varying Irish Forms of Contracts and Contract Procedures and Protocol
  • Minimum of 4+ years QS experience
  • Measurement, procurement, preparation of valuations
  • Preparation of tender reports
  • Prepare the financial elements of the tender
  • Post-tender negotiations
  • Liaising with PQS & design teams
  • Identifying & preparing variation claims
  • Subcontractor appointments & accounts, monthly reporting.
