Quantity Surveyor, M&E

We have an opportunity for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team. 

Our projects include large industrial and commercial schemes with contract values over £30 million to smaller schemes and working in interesting public and private sectors including; healthcare, insurance, government & military sites, etc. 

What you need to do to be effective in this role: 

You will be responsible for assisting in the provision of a wide range of M&E quantity surveying services including: 

• Advise on services costs involved in building projects 
• Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals 
• Advice on contract arrangements and conditions 
• Undertaking all elements of pre and post contract work 
• Preparing measured term accounts for contractor based clients
