Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting Project Manager
- Preparing Tender and contract documents
- Handle the negotiation rates and quotations from sub contractors
- Collate information and present for tender submission
- Liasing with clients, consultants and contractors
- Site viewing and understanding
- All other necessary admin works related to work scope
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma / Degree in Civil/Building/Architecture Engineering or any relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in civil / construction industry
- Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules to meet tendering submission deadlines
- Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in building standards, measurement, documentation and contractual issues
