Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEPF systems, manage project budgets, and develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluate contractor bids, and recommend suppliers and contractors.
• Oversee MEPF contracts, manage change orders, and track project costs against the approved budget.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Provide regular financial updates, cost forecasts, and progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure MEPF systems comply with industry standards and local regulations.

Job Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• At least one (1) year of experience as a Project MEPF Engineer.
• Experience in building construction.
• Strong interest in a Quantity Surveyor position.
