Qualifications

  • Must be a Civil Engineering graduate with a valid PRC Civil Engineer license.

  • With a minimum of 7 years work-related experience in estimating, proposals, project execution, and business development.

  • With an understanding of building codes, laws, and regulations that might affect the projects.

  • Strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility as a Quantity Surveyor Engineer.

  • Maintains a professional attitude under pressure and in fast-paced project environments.
