About the Role

The role involves managing both pre-contract and post-contract phases of construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimations, and maintaining financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Pre-contract (Pre-construction) phase
• Prepare and Review tender documents for accurate bids.
• Prepare cost estimations for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Liaise with contractors to define project requirements.
• Post-contract (Construction) phase
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure everything remains within budget.
• Analyze and forecast project costs, and report on financial performance.
• Visit construction sites to assess progress, inspect work, and value completed work.
• Manage and review contracts with contractors/subcontractors before final LOI is issued by concerned Officer.
