* Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary):

We are looking for an experienced QS Engineer to join our Head Office in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential civil and finishing works, with proven expertise in quantity estimation, cost control, rate analysis, billing, and contract management. The role demands strong analytical and coordination skills to ensure timely, accurate, and cost- effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare, review, and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for residential civil and finishing projects.

 Conduct rate analysis, material reconciliation, and cost variance studies.

 Manage contracts, tendering, and procurement documentation in coordination with the project and purchase teams.
