Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead preparation and review of cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing for interior fit-out projects.

·      Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents for commercial risks and omissions.

·      Evaluate subcontractor/vendor tenders and finalize commercial negotiations.

·      Establish project budgets and cost plans aligned with business targets.

·      Monitor project costs vs. approved budgets and highlight deviations.

·      Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and margin reports.
