MEP Quantity Surveyor – Real Estate / Construction
Responsibilities
Prepare MEP cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets
Manage MEP costs, variations, interim payments, and final accounts
Support tendering, bid evaluation, and subcontractor procurement
Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
2–10+ years
experience in MEP QS within real estate or construction
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, contracts, and cost control
Proficient in Excel and cost management tools
