Bouygues Energies & Services Industry, an Equans companyis recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Newport, South Wales, to support project that deliver excellence in M&E and fit-out works across complex, regulated environments.We design, build and maintaincutting-edge facilities for some of the most innovative client in the industry. 

The Quantity Surveyor will work with the project teams and assist managing the commercial performance of the projects. The Quantity Surveyor will provide expert advice on all commercial aspects of the projects including the management of costs and contractual matters.

What you will deliver?

  • Carry out the commercial activities to meet the project objectives, by providing advice, guidance and support to the project team.
  • Ensure compliance and governance in respect to various forms of contract including JCT, NEC etc.
