Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and quotes.
  • Monitor budgets to align with financial goals.
  • Work with Site Supervisors on monthly claims and variations.
  • Coordinate payments and variations with the Main Contractors.
  • Procure materials and project essentials.
  • Evaluate payments and final accounts for suppliers/subcontractors.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, cost management, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
