Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and quotes.
- Monitor budgets to align with financial goals.
- Work with Site Supervisors on monthly claims and variations.
- Coordinate payments and variations with the Main Contractors.
- Procure materials and project essentials.
- Evaluate payments and final accounts for suppliers/subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, cost management, and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
