Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documents to determine accurate quantities and materials.
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Monitor project budgets and track variations or changes in scope.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure work aligns with cost plans.
- Assess and certify subcontractor payments and final accounts.
- Advise project teams on cost-saving strategies and value engineering.
- Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
