Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor position at Geonamics (S) Pte Ltd, based in the West Region.

You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities, as well as monitoring project costs to ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The role supports the company's operations in the Construction sector.

Key responsibilities include contract administration, variation evaluation, progress claims, and final account settlement, while working closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors. The role may require occasional overseas work, subject to project requirements.
