Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
  • Handle tender evaluation, contract preparation, and award process.
  • Manage contract administration including variations, claims, and progress payments.
  • Prepare and certify progress claims, final accounts, and cost reports.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on contractual and cost matters.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage subcontract agreements.
  • Support management in contract negotiations and dispute resolution where required.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
  • Experience in construction / M&E / Fire Protection projects preferred.
