Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Handle tender evaluation, contract preparation, and award process.
- Manage contract administration including variations, claims, and progress payments.
- Prepare and certify progress claims, final accounts, and cost reports.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on contractual and cost matters.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage subcontract agreements.
- Support management in contract negotiations and dispute resolution where required.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
- Experience in construction / M&E / Fire Protection projects preferred.
