Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for daily tasks such as cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
- Costing analysis, budget, progress billing estimates, and other QS-related requirements needed by PD, Construction, Procurement, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering.
- Must have 5-7 years experience.
- Experience in Construction Operations and Quantity Surveying.
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
- BOQ and Cost Planning skills
- Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
