Responsibilities


  • Oversee full Quantity Surveying duties across multiple residential sites


  • Tendering and procurement of subcontractor packages


  • Cost reporting, monthly valuations, and final account settlements


  • Support and manage the completion of design details (training provided)


  • Assist with discharging planning conditions (training provided)


  • Regular travel to project sites and coordination with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders

    • Ideal Candidate Profile


  • Proven experience in residential construction, ideally within the housing sector


  • Strong understanding of commercial processes and cost control


  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities


  • Willingness to learn non-traditional QS duties
