Responsibilities
Preparing detailed cost plans, budgets, and valuations for residential developments.
Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
Assessing and pricing variations and final accounts .
Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure profitability.
Maintaining excellent client and stakeholder relationships .
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential construction , ideally including affordable housing projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and IT skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
