We are delivering one of Cape Towns most exclusive prime / super-prime residential developments – a landmark scheme comprising bespoke ultra-high-end lodge chalets and a single trophy gym and spa building as well as a private residence. The project is characterised by exceptional finishes and complex structural elements and the highest levels of craftsmanship.
As the appointed Client Representative, I am seeking an outstanding Senior Quantity Surveyor to work directly alongside me in a true right-hand capacity. This is a client-side facing role with full autonomy over cost management and reporting.
