Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a competent and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our contractor team. This role is suitable for an experienced QS who enjoys hands‑on project involvement and working closely with site and project teams. You will be involved in cost control, claims, and commercial matters for ongoing construction and water reticulation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) .
• Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts .
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site measurements and attend site or coordination meetings when required.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams .
