Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

Prepare Bills of Quantities, Contract Documents, Site Reports, and related quantity surveying documents.

Conduct independent site measurements and obtain consultant verification.

Prepare progress claims including VO valuation.

Prepare subcontractor payment certificates.

Carry out drainage works take‑off (highway drainage) and costing.

Request quotations and perform cost analysis for suppliers and subcontractors.

Generate cross‑sections from survey data and calculate earthwork progress volumes.

Prepare and compile pre‑qualification and tender documents.

Ensure all records, filings and documentation comply with the department operation and ISO procedures.

Liaise with clients, sub‑contractors, consultants, and other parties involved in all contractual‑related issues.

Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.
