Quantity Surveyor – Renewables

Freo Group Pty Ltd, part of Marmon Holdings and backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage one of our major contracts at the Uungula Wind Farm development project in Orange. In this role you will play a pivotal part in shaping our business strategy through commercial thinking, contractual clarity and actionable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate first‑principles estimates of direct and indirect costs.
• Support the end‑to‑end bid process, including pricing, methodology, risk assessments, tender reviews and submission.
• Produce clear, accurate, and high‑quality tender documentation and presentations.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
