Offer expert advice on effective strategies, skills, and methods related to tender pricing.

Vigilantly monitor and document all variation orders (VO), ensuring proper recording and claiming procedures.

Verify and exercise cost control over suppliers, sub-contractors, workers, etc., including project claims and expenses, to stay within budget constraints.

Develop pre and post-project budgets, progress claims, projected cash flow, tender documentation, and final accounts.

Ensure timely issuance of progress claims, certifications, and invoices to clients.

Regularly monitor and uphold compliance with contractual records with both clients and suppliers to safeguard the company's interests.
